HACCP Compliance


Site Audit

This involves an complete audit of your food preparation, food storage and food service areas. This is followed up with a written report which will include recommended actions to ensure that your food safety system including HACCP are up-to-date.

Training Staff in Food Safety

It is a legal requirement that All food preparation and service staff need to be trained in food safety and obtain certification, Certification must always be kept updated, within last 3 years.

HACCP Staff Training

This training will provide you with the tools required to design a HACCP system for your premises and allow your staff to implement it on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance.

Design of HACCP Manual

Food business operators are legally obliged to put in place, implement and maintain a system based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles.
